Yogurt Cake Recipe

This cake is so fluffy! It is very good to eat with tea or for a breakfast with some orange juice!


We like to do this recipe with coconut yogurt! But here I'll let you choose the flavor! You can add strawberry, banana, lemon, blueberries, etc... It will give a small hint of fruit in the cake, and I hope you will love it as much as we do! Give it a try! 

Yoghurt cake - The 2 Planners


1 Cup Yogurt (any flavor you like)
1 Cup Sunflower Oil (or Vegetable Oil)
4 Cups Flour
4 Cups Granulated Sugar 
5 Eggs
1 tsp Baking Powder
Butter to Grease


1. Turn on the oven at 180 Celsius degrees | 356 Fahrenheit degrees.

2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and whisk the egg whites.

3. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, after obtaining a homogeneous mixture add the oil, yogurt, flour, and baking powder.

4. After everything is well mixed, blend in the whisked egg whites in the mixture with the help of a wooden spoon.

5. Grease a circular shape pan with a hole in the center with butter.

6. Distribute the mixture to the pan and bake for about 40min.
