Vegetarian Leek with Potato Sticks Recipe

A dish for a relaxing evening, no trouble at all!


If you just want to relax and eat something super tasteful and easy to make, you can do this vegetarian dish! This will amaze you and probably be one of your favorites too!

Give it a try, you won't regret it!

Vegetarian Leek with Potato Sticks - The2Planners


2 Leeks
200g Potato Sticks
4 Eggs
1 Onion
1 Bay Leaf
Black Pepper
Olive Oil
Black Olives


1. In a pan place the salt and olive oil, turn on the heat, and add the chopped onion to sauté.

2. Add the bay leaf and black pepper.

3. Cut the leek into slices and add to the pan, allowing to sauté well. Creating a soft consistency.

4. Add the potato sticks and mix everything well.

5. In a bowl, beat the four eggs and then add to the pan distorting everything very well and you're done!

6. Add pieces of fresh parsley and black olives to the plate!

7. A vegetarian dish, super easy for a relaxing Sunday night.
