Salmon Ceviche in Toasted Wraps This is a super easy and delicious recipe to make on a Sunday lunch! 18.03.21 Ingredients - 2 Drinks: 200g Salmon ½ Avocado ¼ Purple Onion ½ Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Parsley 1 Orange 2 Wrap Bread Black Pepper SaltRecipe:1. Place the Wrap Bread in two bowls and take it to the oven for 20 minutes at 180ºC | 360ºF - These will be our ceviche bowls.2. Cut the salmon fillet into equal cubes and add it to a large bowl.3. Cut the avocado into cubes and add to the salmon, along with the juice of half a lemon, salt, and black pepper.4. Slice the onion very finely and add to the prepared and break the orange into cubes to add.5. Add the parsley and stir everything well and let it rest for 5 min.6.
