Nuts and Apricot Cookies These are those cookies that are chewy in the right way and you can not stop eating them! 16.03.21 Ingredients: 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour (220g) ½ tsp Baking Soda ¼ tsp Sea Salt ½ Cup Melted Butter (125g) ½ Cup Granulated Sugar (100g) ½ Cup Dark Brown Sugar (100g) 1 Large Egg 1 tsp Vanilla Extract ½ Cup Walnuts (60g) ½ Cup Skinless Almonds (60g) ½ Cup Appricot (70g)Recipe:1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC | 360ºF.2. In a stand mixer add the two sugars and the melted butter and mix everything until you get a homogeneous dough.3. Then add the egg, slightly beaten, and the vanilla extract.4. Add the flour and baking soda and beat for 4 minutes.5. Meanwhile, chop the walnuts, almonds, and apricots roughly and finally add to the mixture.6. Add salt and beat again for another 1 min.7.
