M&Ms and Salted Caramel Cake Recipe I made this cake for Andrew on his Birthday, last Sunday! It is Delicious and Gluten Free! 24.12.20 Ingredients: 4 Cups Gluten-free Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 4 Cups Granulated Sugar 6 Eggs 2 tsp Vanilla Scent 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil 250g M&Ms (180g for shredding and 70g for decorating) 400g chocolate bar (53%) 400mL Cream 100mL Salted CaramelRecipe:1. In a Blender add the eggs and sugar and mix everything well.2. Then add the milk, vanilla flavor, and vegetable oil until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.3. Add the flour, salt, and baking powder.4. After well mixed, divide the mixture into two bowls, and in one of them add the 180g of M&Ms, previously shredded.5. Grease two forms with butter and bake the two cakes for 35 minutes at a temperature of 180ºC | 356ºF.6. After removing the cakes from the oven, let them cool and cut the plain cake in half (the one without the M&Ms flour you made).7. Time to prepare the filling and topping.8. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl.9. Bring the cream to boil and as soon as it starts to boil pour over the chocolate, stirring well until the chocolate is completely melted.10. Divide the melted chocolate into two bowls and take one to the refrigerator.11. Place half of the plain cake on a plate, brush with the melted chocolate, place the cake with the M&Ms flour, brush again with melted chocolate and then add the last half of the plain cake.12. After the chocolate that went to the refrigerator is cold, with the help of a mixer, beat the chocolate and add the salted caramel until you get a mousse.13.
