We are always trying new things, but for now..... 25.02.21 Ingredients: 3 ½ Cups all-purpose flour (430g) ½ tbsp Granulated Sugar ½ tsp Salt 1 Cup Warm Water (250mL) ¼ Cup Olive Oil (60mL) 1 tsp Instant Dry YeastRecipe:1. In a glass, mix the warm water with sugar, olive oil, and instant dry yeast.2. In a Stand Mixer place the dough hook and add the flour.3. Turn on the mixer and slowly add the previous water preparation.4. Let knead for 5 min until you get a nice, smooth dough.5. Add the salt and let it knead for another 1 min and let it rest for about 5 hours. !After Resting: Just stretch the dough with a rolling pin and add the toppings you like best!
