Italian Panna Cotta Recipe

This is our favorite Italian dessert! And now we will share it with you!


We love fresh and consistent desserts! And a well-made Panna Cotta has each of those things!

Italian Panna Cotta Recipe - The2Planners


600mL Cream
600mL Milk
7 Gelatin Sheets
150g Granulated Sugar
1tbsp Vanilla Flavor

Ingredients - Sauce:

500g Red Fruits
½ Lemon Juice
100g sugar


1. Place the gelatin sheets in cold water to hydrate.

2. In a saucepan, mix the cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla flavor.

3. Bring to medium heat.

4. When it starts to bubble, remove from heat (do not let it cool).

5. Remove the water from the gelatin sheets, squeeze them, and incorporate them into the mixture while still hot. Moving.

6. Serve on a platter or in individual portions.

7. Let stand at least 6 hours in the refrigerator.

Recipe - Sauce:

1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and place over high heat.

2. When it boils, put it on low heat and let it boil until it gets a consistency of jam.

3. Allow to cool and when cold can be added to the panna cotta when serving!
