Ingredients - Red Berries Topping:

1 Cup Unsalted Butter (250g)
1 Cup Brown Sugar (160g)
½ Cup Granulated Sugar (110g)
2 Large Eggs
½ Cup Dark Cocoa Powder (50g)
2½ Cups All-Purpose Flour (330g)
1 tsp Vanilla Flavor
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Sea Salt
1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chunks (130g - roughly chopped)
Parchment Paper

Recipe - Red Berries Topping:

1. Break the chocolate bar roughly into tiny pieces.

2. In a mixer place the sugars to beat with the butter for 3min until you get a light and fluffy dough.

3. Add the eggs, one at a time.

4. After incorporating the eggs, add cocoa, flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla flavor, and sea salt.

5. Then add the chocolate pieces.

6. Take the dough to the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

7. Heat the oven to 180ºC | 356ºF.

8. Place a sheet of parchment paper on an oven tray and form 10 uniform balls with the previously prepared dough.

9. Bake for 10-12min.

10. Let the cookies rest on a cooling rack for 15 minutes and they are ready to be eaten!

11. Attention! One cookie per person! 🤣🤣🤣
