Coconut Shrimp Curry Recipe

Coconut Shrimp Curry Recipe - The2Planners


250mL Coconut Milk
250g Shrimps
1 Chilli
1 Onion
1 Cup White Rice
3 tbsp Curry
Olive Oil
Black Pepper
Dry Parsley


1. In a pan, place a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and a cup of rice over high heat.

2. Add two cups of boiling water and stir.

3. As soon as the water evaporates, cover the pan and place the stove on low heat for 15 minutes. The rice will be ready.

4. In a frying pan, place olive oil, salt, black pepper, parsley, and the chili to sauté.

4. Add the shrimps and after 3 minutes add the coconut milk.

5. Bring to a boil and then add the curry.

6. Wait until the sauce starts to thicken and it's ready!

7. Serve the rice in a bowl and place the shrimp on top with plenty of sauce!

8. A dish full of color and flavor!
