Cheese Sticks Recipe

They melt so so so good! You can try this recipe with Emmental, Mozzarella, or Gouda Cheese!

Yes, it's true! We are addicted to cheese! ahaha and we love to eat it at any time!

So this time we made a very delicious appetizer, that you can make with three types of cheese! We only say these three because are the ones that we tried!

The Emmental ones are our favorites and you can add some dipping sauce to enjoy them even more!

Cheese Sticks Recipe - The2Planners

Ingredients:

250g Emmental Cheese (mozzarella or gouda)
2 Eggs
200g breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp 5 peppercorns mill
Vegetable Oil to fry

Recipe:

1. Take the cheese bar and slice it into strips.

2. Beat the eggs in a bowl.

3. In another bowl add the breadcrumbs, salt, parsley, and the 5 peppercorns mill.

4. Pass the cheese strips through the eggs and then through the breadcrumbs, and then again through the eggs and then through the breadcrumbs.

6. After breading all the cheese strips, place them in the freezer for 1h.

7. Time to fry them! Put vegetable oil in a frying pan and wait for it to be very hot.

8. Fry the cheese strips until golden brown!

9. Eat them warm, while the cheese is still well melted!
