Bread crumb Cake Recipe

8 Eggs
350g Granulated Sugar (1 and a half Cups)
250g Breadcrumbs (2 and a quarter Cups)
1 tbsp Cinnamon
 1 Shot Port Wine
1 tsp Baking Powder
 Butter to Grease
 Granulated Sugar to Sprinkle


1. Turn on the oven at 180 Celsius degrees | 356 Fahrenheit degrees.

2. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites and whisk the egg whites.

3. Whisk the egg yolks with the granulated sugar until a creamy mixture is obtained.

4. Add port wine, baking powder, cinnamon, and breadcrumbs.

5. With the help of a wooden spoon, add the egg whites until the dough is fluffy.

6. Grease with butter a circular pan with a hole in the center and pour the cake mixture.

7. Bake for + -40min.

8. Unmold the cake and sprinkle with granulated sugar while it is hot to adhere to the cake.
