40min Burguer Buns Recipe This is the fattest and easiest buns recipe ever! And very tasteful as well! 🤤 02.02.21 Ingredients: 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour ⅓ Cup Vegetable Oil 1 Cup Warm Water 1 Large Egg 2 tbsp Active Dry Yeast 1 tsp Salt 1 Pinch Granulated Sugar Parchment Paper 1 Egg Yolk (topping) 1 tbsp Water (topping) 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds (topping)Recipe:1. Add active dry yeast to the water and let it stand for 5min. Then add the vegetable oil and the granulated sugar.2. Wish the large egg slightly.3. In a mixer with the dough hook, add the flour and start to beat, gradually adding the water mixture.5. Add the egg and beat again for 3 min.6. Place the dough on a floured bench and add the salt and knead for 3-5 min until the dough is soft.7. Cut the dough into 6 portions (we cut into 8 but we shouldn't - very small buns).8. Place the loaves on a tray lined with parchment paper and cover with a cloth, allowing them to rise for 10 minutes.9. Heat the oven to 200ºC | 392ºF.10. In a bowl, whisk the yolk with the water.11. After 10 minutes, brush the loaves with the yolk and water and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.12. Bake for 8-12min, until you get a nice golden set of burger buns.13.
