First we have to grate the cheeses.2. Season the potatoes, already cut and washed, with salt, and put in the oven for 20min at 180ºC | 356ºF.3. In a pan add the garlic powder, black pepper, nutmeg, and wine until boiling.4. When it starts to boil, add the cheeses gradually, letting them melt.5. Put the stove on low heat and add the cornstarch and stir for 3 minutes.6. Meanwhile season the steaks with salt and grill them, then dice them into cubs.7. Toast slices of bread and break them into pieces.8. Arrange the potatoes, steaks, and bread on a platter.9.
