Ingredients:

Cooked Condensed Milk
 6 Eggs
100g Portuguese Biscuits (or any kind of biscuit/cookies you like)

Recipe:

1. Start by heating the cooked condensed milk in a water bath, put the can of cooked condensed milk in boiling water for about 15-20 minutes.

2. After this time, transfer the condensed milk to a container and whisk until the mixture is silky and free of clumps.

3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add the egg yolks to the condensed milk and mix.

4. Whisk the egg whites stiff.

5. Wrap the egg whites carefully with the mixture of egg yolks and condensed milk, do not remove the air from the egg whites (do it 3 times, to make it easier to incorporate, very slowly).

6. Grate half a packet of Portuguese biscuits (or another kind you like) and place on top of the mixture. Take to the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, and serve very cold.
