Ingredients - Marinade:

1Kg Chicken Pieces 
 2 tsp Salt
 2 tbsp Soja
 2 tbsp Ginger Zest
1 tsp Garlic Paste
2 tsp Black Pepper
½ Cup Milk

Ingredients - Coating:

3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
½ Cup Cornstarch
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Paprika
½ tsp Sweet Chili 
Water
+ Vegetable Oil to Fry

Recipe:

1. Cut the chicken into pieces. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces, almost like nuggets.

2. In a bowl place the chicken to marinate, add salt, soy sauce, ginger zest, garlic paste, black pepper, and milk.

3. Let it marinate for 3-5 hours.

4. Now is the time to coat the chicken.

5. In a deep dish add the flour, cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and sweet pepper. In another deep dish put water.

6. Pass the chicken pieces through the flour mixture, then through the water, and again through the flour mixture.

7. Fry in very hot oil for 7-10min per piece.

8. Let it cool down a little and then just enjoy this delicacy!

9. Add some delicious sauces and it's time to lick yourself!

Ingredients:

3 ½ Cups all-purpose flour (430g)
½ tbsp Granulated Sugar
½ tsp Salt
1 Cup Warm Water (250mL)
¼ Cup Olive Oil (60mL)
1 tsp Instant Dry Yeast

Recipe:

1. In a glass, mix the warm water with sugar, olive oil, and instant dry yeast.

2. In a Stand Mixer place the dough hook and add the flour.

3. Turn on the mixer and slowly add the previous water preparation.

4. Let knead for 5 min until you get a nice, smooth dough.

5. Add the salt and let it knead for another 1 min and let it rest for about 5 hours. 

!After Resting: Just stretch the dough with a rolling pin and add the toppings you like best! Bake for 30 minutes at 180ºC | 360ºF.

Perfect Lemonade Recipe - The2Planners

Ingredients:

Ice
200mL Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
400mL Water
3 Mint Leaves
4 Lemon Slices
1 tbsp Yellow Sugar

Recipe:

1. First, let's squeeze the juice out of some lemons until you get 200mL of lemon juice.

2. In a jar we add the lemon juice, freshly squeezed, with 400mL of water.

3. We mix everything and add the yellow sugar and dissolve.

4. Add the lemon slices, mint leaves, and ice!

5. It is ready to serve, to taste, and to refresh!

Ingredients:

250g Corn Flour
250g Wheat Flour
300mL Boiling Water
100mL Warm Water (50mL + 50mL)
6g Active Dry Yeast
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar

Recipe:

1. Scald the corn flour in the boiling water, kneading well. Let it rest for 1 hour.

2. In a bowl, dilute the yeast in 50mL of warm water and 1tbsp of sugar. Let stand for 15 minutes to activate the yeast. In another bowl, dilute the salt with the others 50mL of water.

3. Add wheat flour to the corn flour preparation, and add the water with yeast and the water with salt. Knead very well for a few minutes with the help of an electric mixer (5min), or by hand for about 10-12min.

4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise for 45 min in a warm place.

5. Transfer the ball-shaped dough to the oven tray. Sprinkle it with flour and make a cross in the center. Bake in a preheated hot oven for about 1 hour at 220ºC | 430ºF.

6. After that time, remove the bread from the oven and you are ready!

TIP: If you want to eat it while still hot break the bread with your hands! If you want to slice it with a knife let it rest for 15-20min. Spread some butter on it and be happy! 🧈 🥰

Ingredients - Cake:

200g Dark Chocolate (53% cocoa)
180g Butter
50g Flour
 3 Egg Yolks
4 Eggs
75g Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Espresso Powder
 Butter (to grease)
 Flour (for sprinkling)
 Ice Cream and Raspberries

Ingredients - Salted Caramel:

150g Granulated Sugar
150mL Cream
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Flavor
1 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe:

1. Start your recipe by preparing the chocolate cake. Broke the chocolate into pieces and put them in a glass bowl. Melt it in a water bath.

2. Once the chocolate is melted, add the butter and whisk until the butter is melted.

3. Then, add the eggs, the egg yolks, the sugar, and espresso powder and whisk until you have a homogenous mix.

4. Finally, add the flour and incorporate it. 

5. Grease the molds of the petit gâteaus with butter and then sprinkle with flour, not to stick, and then pour the mixture into the molds and leave it to the fridge for at least an hour.

6. Now, let’s make the salted caramel. Combine the sugar with cold water in a saucepan set over medium-high heat. Cook, without stirring, until the sugar has turned a deep amber hue.

7. Slowly add in the cream and continue simmering the mixture until it is smooth. Remove from heat, then whisk in the butter and salt, and let it cool. Reserve it.

8. When ready to serve, preheat the oven to 220°C | 425ºF.

9. With the help of a string or piping bag, insert the salted caramel inside each petit gateau. 

10. Bake for about 6-8 minutes (depending on the oven and cupcake molds you use).

11. Remove them from the oven when they have formed a crust on the outside while the center is still a little soft.

12. Unmould carefully and serve immediately, while hot.

1 Cup Unsalted Butter (250g)
1 Cup Brown Sugar (160g)
½ Cup Granulated Sugar (110g)
2 Large Eggs
½ Cup Dark Cocoa Powder (50g)
2½ Cups All-Purpose Flour (330g)
1 tsp Vanilla Flavor
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Sea Salt
1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chunks (130g - roughly chopped)
Parchment Paper

Recipe - Red Berries Topping:

1. Break the chocolate bar roughly into tiny pieces.

2. In a mixer place the sugars to beat with the butter for 3min until you get a light and fluffy dough.

3. Add the eggs, one at a time.

4. After incorporating the eggs, add cocoa, flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla flavor, and sea salt.

5. Then add the chocolate pieces.

6. Take the dough to the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

7. Heat the oven to 180ºC | 356ºF.

8. Place a sheet of parchment paper on an oven tray and form 10 uniform balls with the previously prepared dough.

9. Bake for 10-12min.

10. Let the cookies rest on a cooling rack for 15 minutes and they are ready to be eaten!

11. Attention! One cookie per person! 🤣🤣🤣

½ Cup M&Ms
1 tbsp Milk
½ tsp Vanilla Flavor

Recipe:

1. Let's crash the M&Ms roughly, save a few for the topping.

2. Put the Ice Cream in a bowl or mug and add the vanilla flavor and the milk.

3. Mix everything with the help of a mixer, this way the icecream will get soft and nice.

4. Add the crushed M&Ms and mix again!

5. Isn't this the best copycat of the McFlurry? You can try with different toppings!
